How To Publish with Us
1. Before You Submit- Ensure you follow the journal’s submission guidelines.
- Clearly indicate if any data is reused from previous publications.
- Ensure compliance with the journal’s editorial policies and ethical guidelines.
Before submitting, confirm that your manuscript meets the journal’s basic requirements (scope, structure, referencing, language, and required files/forms, where applicable).
3. Submit Your ManuscriptAll manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s submission system. Authors should follow the on-screen instructions to complete the submission and upload all required files.
4. Technical CheckThe paper will be checked to ensure it aligns with the journal’s formatting, ethical standards, and plagiarism policies.
5. Editorial Assessment and Peer Review- The relevant editor will assess whether the paper is ready for peer review.
- The corresponding author will be asked to suggest five peer reviewers in the research field (the suggested reviewers must be associate professor, professor, or equivalent, be from outside the institution of the authors, have no co-authorship with any of the authors, and be proficient in the language of the paper).
- All papers will be reviewed by at least two reviewers in the field.
- The journal may contact the authors at this stage with further questions.
Decisions are based on editorial assessment and peer review. Manuscripts must be written in clear and appropriate academic language. If accepted, authors may be required to complete language editing by an approved provider prior to production of the final version.
7. Acceptance and PublicationUpon acceptance, authors will receive an acceptance confirmation. The article will then proceed to publication in accordance with the journal’s production schedule.

Submission Requirements
Authors must meticulously follow the journal’s submission requirements and policies. Submissions that do not comply may be returned for correction and may delay editorial processing.
Manuscript Standards
- Scientific Accuracy: The content of the submitted papers must be precise, scientifically accurate, and supported by relevant data and citations.
- Organization: The paper must be logically organized, following a clear structure.
- Citations and References: All sources and references must be properly cited and formatted according to the citation style prescribed by the journal.
Files Required for Submission
There are three files you should prepare before submitting your paper to the journal:
- Cover Letter (for the editor): It explains the importance of the paper, its contribution of new information to the research field, and how it compares to previous studies on the same topic, whether in terms of similarities or differences. It should explicitly state that the paper has not been submitted to another publisher simultaneously. Additionally, it must indicate whether the author has used artificial intelligence tools in the research, specifying the parts where they were applied. It should also mention whether there are any conflicts of interest.

Title Page (Word document):
- Paper Title: Should not exceed 15 words (if written in Arabic, it must be translated into English).
- Author Information: Include the name(s) of the author(s), along with their affiliation(s) (department, faculty, university, city, country).
- Author Biography:
- Part 1: Personal details such as name, department, faculty, university, city, country, phone number, and email.
- Part 2: A paragraph of 80-90 words including the author's title (Dr., Mr., Ms.), nationality, academic rank (e.g., Professor, Associate Professor, Lecturer), highest qualification (e.g., master’s or PhD), place of degree conferral (university, country, year), current position, research interests, major publications, and web or ORCID profile.
- Specialization: General field, Sub-field, Specific research focus.
- Acknowledgments: (if applicable)

Main Paper (Word Document):
- The journal follows a Double-blind peer review process, so authors should ensure that no identifying information is included in the manuscript.
- Word Count: The total word count should not exceed 8,000 words, including references, tables, figures, abstract, author information, and any other elements such as margins or Roman numerals.
- Abstract:The abstract should not exceed 200 words (if written in Arabic, it must be translated into English).
- Keywords: Authors are required to provide six keywords. Keywords must not repeat terms from the title and should be limited to a maximum of two words each. If submitted in Arabic, an English translation must also be included.
- Tables and Figures: The paper should include no more than six tables and six figures/images.
- References: The number of references should not exceed 40 unless the paper is a review article.
