Abstract
The communication companies realized the importance of social responsibility. These companies got involved in expanding their activities to include many social benefits to gain its customers' loyalty. The importance of this research lies in discussing the impact of social responsibility dimensions on customers' loyalty in the communication sector, which is one of the most important sectors of economy. The study aimed to find out the impact of social responsibility dimensions on the loyalty of customers of the communication companies in Saudi Arabia. The study used questionnaires to collect data from the employees of these companies and their customers. The findings showed that there is a significant impact for these dimensions on customers' loyalty.
